Chilly Fall Day
Jack and I had a very nice day at home. He was so relieved to not have to go to daycare, and I was thrilled to be off of work-- which is CRAZY lately with H1N1 phone calls and sick kids, etc. We "hung out," which he loves. Did a jig-saw puzzle, played with Play-Doh, etc. We got a quick walk outside and went to the park, but no kids were there so he wanted to turn around and come home right away. We were chilly, too-- Brrrrr!! Got him new skeleton gloves at Target for $1. They totally made his day! Jack is very excited for Halloween and he is going to be Captain Rex from Star Wars. This weekend is the Haunted Trail in our town, with treats, spooky characters, and lots of kids in costume! :)
