Florida 2011

Here's the part where I bore you with our Florida/Orlando pictures. We were very blessed with 80 degrees and sunny each day!

I believe it was snowing in MN this day that Jack played in the pool all day.....

SHAMU!

We tried something new: deep sea fishing. This is a sting ray my Dad caught. They let it go immediately.

Deep sea fishing. This is a red snapper caught by someone else who was kind enough to let Jack get a picture with it.

The private pool was our haven.

Loungin'-- we needed tans obviously.

Jack petting a sting ray at Sea World

What FL vacation could be complete without a juicy FL orange?

Jack as a pirate at Disney World. Really fun experience. All the little pirates were in a parade later in the day. Only problem: very difficult to remove the make-up, so many of our pictures look like he has eyeliner on. :(

A family of astronauts! NASA rocked our world.

Another pirate shot, while they were still doing the makeup and getting him ready. We really recommend this to families with young boys heading to Disney. After all, all of the little girls were princesses......why not a boy a pirate?

Classic Disney: the teacups.

My beloved boys.

We rented a 5 BR home near Disney very reasonably. Jack was so excited about the hot tub and pool, that he jumped right in as soon as we arrived-- in his skivvies. :)

My parents and Jack at our favorite Orlando restaurant, Uno Pizzeria.

My Dad and Jack swimming. The pool had a fabulous night-light. We swam or used the hot-tub every night. So relaxing!

We surprised Jack the first night with a new pair of "Sonic the Hedgehog" pajamas. He was thrilled!

Arriving at Sea World-- one of our ultimate faves.

Jason attempted hot-air-ballooning, but it was too foggy so his balloon people tried to reschedule. He never got to go. :(

Coco the cockatoo at Sea World knew how to talk!

Jack and Daddy and the sea lions. They were so funny (the sea lions, that is).

One souvenir, a bubble gun.

A creepy camoflage fish at Epcot after the Nemo Ride.

Another souvenir: "Build a Dino" at T-Rex restuarant.

Best trip ever! 4th time's a charm I guess. It was great having both of my parents along! :)
