Memorial Day Weekend 2011
A perfect weekend at home, depite the rain! We saw Kung Fu Panda 2 with some great friends-- Marcia and Audrey and Lauren. We went on rides at the Mall of America, did a little fun shopping, Jason did major yard work. We had a blast at Edinborough Park in Edina (an indoor playground and gym) with our usual crew and awesome friends, Rich, Marcia, Audrey, and Lauren. After all that play, we went to Fuddrucker's for burgers. Monday on Memorial Day, we visited my Grandpa Bobby and had lunch with my Mom. We took Jack to Chuck E. Cheese to play some games-- one of his favorite things. Also had the great blessing of our 2 favorite prayer warriors to come to our home to continue to claim my healing, and all of our healing in Jesus' name. A huge thanks to Elvin and Mel!
The gym at Edinborough. Jack totally rocked at basketball. He got 10 baskets in a row. Was he beaming!
Rolie Polie got to come for a ride to Dairy Queen, however we forgot to get her some ice cream. Like her name, she doesn't need any though.
He is still in the moustache-stage. In this pic, he added his dragon slippers and a plush back pack with a cell phone inside. LOL! He was trying to put on a very "tough" face. He is the most imaginative child I have ever seen.
He was trying to impress the neighbor girl, he must have thought she preferred older men. Like I say, still in the moustache stage!
More Spongebob-inspired artwork. This one features Larry the Lobster, a jellyfish, and the Flying Dutchman.
